An attempt to made to trace the copyright holder, without success. The offices of C.W. Daniel Company Ltd. were bombed shortly after publication of the book and no record of it exists in the databases of companies who acquired their holdings. Therefore, I have reproduced the book here after my best effort to trace the copyright holder and an encouragement by one publisher to go ahead and reproduce it with this note.
