This question gets asked a lot. Here are some ways to describe what you're doing, to better help others judge whether you're doing it correctly.

What instructions are you following? Are they from a particular book, or somewhere else you can identify? If you're just doing it from memory, from sources you can't really recall, your memory of the instructions might be inaccurate.

How long do you spend at it? How often?

What are you feeling? If you get very restless, this might be a barrier you need to break through. But if you're impatient, you might be in the mode of pushing and straining to try to get results immediately. If you're worried or angry about something, you won't do well. If you're in an uncomfortable position, you won't do well.

What are you thinking? Are you thinking about what you need to do later, or your life problems, or anything that happens to keep your mind busy? Slow down your thinking. This isn't an intellectual undertaking, so you won't solve your vision problems by thinking. Stay calmly focused on what it is you're doing.

Are you breathing deeply and fully? Are you allowing your body to relax? Are you mentally letting go of your eyes so that you stop gripping them in tension? All of the exercises are meant to relax your visual system, and teach you to use your eyes in the way they were meant to be used so that you stay relaxed.

By the time you answer the above questions, you might already have a good idea of what you're doing wrong. If not, please make a new topic and ask, including as much information as you can in order to assist others. Instructions for exercises are usually pretty simple, because the exercises are indeed very simple, but most people with vision problems do most of them wrong at first, because the very strain and misuse of the eyes that causes the vision problems also prevents them from doing the exercises correctly. Identifying the things you're doing in the exercises that weren't part of the instructions is valuable, because those things are also the ways of straining that are causing your vision problems.
