If I were to argue with someone that vision is able to be improved- they'd probably think I'm crazy. But for one of my best friends who already thinks I'm crazy, I decided to give it a shot and tell him about the bates method/vision improvement. He DOES believe me, but he thinks he's beyond repair (around -7 each eye if I recall correctly). Is there a way I can present this to him in a way that will get him 'hooked' (for the lack of a better word) on helping himself with this? He's bent of joining the military (like me) and will probably opt to laser surgery (because laser surgery is definitely the most logical option for a disorder, "hey, got a vision problem? Here! Let's put 10 watts of focused infrared photons in your eye and hope to god we don't accidentally cook your retinas while were at it!")
