It has now been a year of bates method. I have not worn my glasses for a year and been parading the world as blind as a bat.

I have had 0 improvement.

Today I tried on my glasses for a second and looked out of the window. It was so clear, what the hell man I forgot you can even see that far. This is ridicoulous. I make my self look like a fool all the time cause I cant see properly, whats the point?

I give up.

Hmmm. Well, this is your second post, so it appears that you haven't really asked any questions, therefore I have no idea what your quality of practice has been.

It's been probably 8 months for me, and I get a ton of clear flashes, although my "normal" vision hasn't changed *much*. It has changed for the better, just not a ton.

But, then again, you need to be 100% committed to this (as well as doing it right) for any improvement to occur, and if you aren't able to do that, then putting your glasses on and ditching Bates may be your best bet.

Sorry to have to see you go!

Clear flashes offcourse I have had them. I can make one at will! Here I'll do it now. Done....

but ever wonder why your eyes become abit watery when you get a clear flash? Well, I guess the anti-bates may be right it could just be a contact lense effect.

I have not had 100% commitment true! However I think I've done enough do deserve some form of improvement...

Thread locked, user banned. Skepticism is fine to share, but I have no patience for a kid trying to go out in a blaze of glory after not having posted for a year.
