I got my eyesight checked the other day and it turned out my eyeglasses (-5 and -4) are about -0.5 diopter too strong for both eyes. ( however, my eyes were well rested, and the day was sunny) Now my old glasses are almost my old prescription, and I think I'll have to get weaker ones lol Still can't believe it.

What I've been doing is incorporating central fixation whenever possible, sunning and palming. I also do the long swing sometimes but not very regularly.

Now, even though I don't know if it's possible to rebuild your vision completely 20/20 but I do know that what mr. Bates came up with is not a scam. Eyedoctors are blinded by what they are taught; what an irony.

That's great! You will get to 20/20. Try the shifting too and keep a weaker pair of glasses ready. Or you might suddenly get clear enough to go without any glasses. Test your vision at home, completely relaxed and I bet it will be clearer than the eye doctor states in his exam room.
