@FredtheBelgian: I find it interesting that you cured your acne and male pattern baldness with nonconventional methods, yet you immediately assert that one cannot cure myopia naturally? Did anyone tell you that nothing could be done about acne or male pattern baldness while you were trying to cure them? I feel that you should at least give the Bates method the respect it deserves. There are a bunch of people who try to scam others by asking for money and stuff and they mention the Bates method, but they aren't part of our community. It's sort of like terrorists killing in the name of Islam. Muslims aren't bad, but they're all given a bad rap because of the few bad guys who give them a bad name.

Great links, clarknight. Especially the lasikcomplications. If opthalmology continues down these misguided paths, I fear time is running out on the human visual system.
