Check this guy out; he used my eye and other pictures in his training video! Gotta buy one of those projectors! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpzBTDmYbgs&feature=relatedWatching his video and he's using tons of pictures, text from my book, website. He didn't ask permission but I think will let him do it; seems to be teaching it correct, good video! Long as he doesn't sell eyeglasses! Now watching end of video and his other videos; hes using it to sell chiropractic which can be dangerous. He must have bought my book and made the videos from the pages, so he knows I was injured by a chiropractor since the true story is in the book but hes not saying that part. Writing to the chiropractor that's using Bates, Clark Night books as way to sell chiropractic. People don't need chiropractic to have clear vision. Maybe in a case of accident but it's still a risk. He can get away with using Dr. Bates Public Domain books but not Clark Night books. Getting a lawyer. It's a complement that he is using my books to teach but since I was severely injured by a chiropractor, I cannot endorse this. He can use the pictures... to teach Bates Method but not to advertise, sell chiropractic. This is hard to do, need a lawyer. _________________ Mary I.
