I could only watch about 10 seconds of it and had to close it :o Anyone stupid enough to mess with their eyes like that deserves what comes to them. If you were meant to play with your eyes like that it wouldn't feel so weirddddd.

I sent this link in an email to some people who know, that I am training my eyes - saying "this is my favorite eye exercise". I added some smilies, just to make sure, that everybody gets the joke and still someone took it for serious... :o ;D

Oh hey another eye exercise lets take a look and see what this is all abo- EUGHGSAOFUGDSFG!?

That must put a lot of tension on whatever nerves/tendons connect to the eye, since your essentially moving the eye away from them...

The pioneer ophthalmologist’s 1920 book. His findings after many years devoted to research and experimental work dealing with issues that orthodox ophthalmology could not explain or would not acknowledge.

An abridged version was published in later years that excluded a few parts of his book. This book is the original unedited version.
