In reply to Dale.

Hi Dale, and thanks for your comment. I dislike wearing glasses so much that I'd rather deal with a bit of blur than have those devices on my face, though I know this is not true for everyone. If I focus on what I can see, noticing the depth around me, gently looking for the details within the bigger details which are obvious right away, I can function quite well. I'm always safe when I drive, though my eye doctor would still prefer that I wear glasses. Vision teachers are a resource, as are eye doctors, and ultimately the one in charge of your vision is you. I invite you to explore why you are uncomfortable without glasses, as I learned a lot about myself this way. Once I accepted that my vision varied with my feelings about a situation, and allowed it to not be perfect at all times, that self-acceptance helped me improve. Easy does it. :)

In reply to June.

Hello June,
Yes, interesting observation regarding 3D verses 2D.
When I was first given plus power glasses many years ago for a problem of distance blur after doing close work, I did experience that. After many varying plus power prescriptions, to include bifocals, it was determined that I was nearsighted, and given the proper glasses for it. These glasses gave me so much relief that I forgot about the down side of wearing them.
Fast forward, I have tried several vision improvement methods, to include methods described by the link below. I still wear glasses for nearsightedness, and am really uncomfortable without them, despite the fact that they are not as strong as previous ones that I had to wear. My optometrist can not understand how bad my uncorrected vision is, and how my rather weak prescription corrects it to 20/20.
After reading your comment about 3D verses 2D, I again am now aware of this, but the blur with out glasses seems to have me compelled to wear as Nancy has so accurately describe them as " eye cages ".

June, I'm so happy you're seeing this for yourself. Teachers can say the right things, but until you experience it with your own eyes it won't sink in so you believe it. Yes, even bushes and shrubs and "ordinary" trees are exquisite, if you really look, and let in the details. Keep enjoying what your powerful visual system brings to you.

Thanks for the write up, very positive and powerful. Yes, without glasses, even a bushes can be so attractive with different types of colour, depth, distance and most important it is 3 D. Glasses put us seeing in 2 D. Sad to say, no body even thought me this until I have a chance to learn it.

Hi Angela. The foundation of energy medicine is that the energy gets muddy (stuck fear, or anger, or whatever), then if that's not cleared problems can start manifesting in the body, where it's often harder to move out. Here's something I wrote about cataracts which might be helpful: https://www.iblindness.org/641/can-cataracts-be-healed-naturally/. There is hope. Be well and see well!

This reaffirms that the foundation of physical health grows from emotional balance. I have hopes for clearing a cataract that I am now pretty sure of the situation triggering it. Thank you for the insights and clarity on this topic.
