In reply to Nancy. Absolutely I couldn't agree more, as I have noticed as soon as I feel anxious my vision gets blurry and I can't focus. So I am trying to slow down, give my space and quiet time to listen those feelings and emotions. I am just learning to be more compassionate to myself and my eyes. Thank you so much xx

Yes, we do need to "think positive", and we also need to acknowledge our occasional more painful restrictive feelings like worry, or else they can just get louder, like an unhappy child who's being ignored. I'm aware that I can't always see as clearly as I'd like to, and I give my eyes the rest they need, and my sight is improving. All are true. Take care.

Another wonderful and very inspiring article. Our thoughts become our reality as they say, it's really important to feed positive words to our mind and don't judge. I am slowly unlearning the things I learned and believed which was mere judgement of society which ingrained doubt in me about my eyesight. I believe I can see clearly.
