H, what's normal? (Picture a big grin.) My vision isn't 20/20 except some of the time when I'm really relaxed and the light is good. Yet I do drive wherever I want in the daytime without glasses. I just returned from a cross-country trip dealing with multiple airports and other travel challenges with no thought of glasses. Here's a summary of my vision improvement story since I am asked about this so often: https://dreamersight.wordpress.com/2011/09/16/the-course-of-my-vision-improvement/. And I do feel free and relaxed in the world which feels wonderful. When my sight is blurry, I know what to do about it. Learning to honor your emotions, whatever they are, will help.

Did you get your eyesight from -10 to normal i.e. 20/20? Or at least Good enough to drive and function without glasses? How long did it take? What age were you? Please give me hope. I'm very myopic and having a lot of anxiety since my eyes got too sensitive for contacts and I feel so wrong and separate from the world wearing glasses and seeing the edges in the light.... I actually have a lot of anxiety full stop and it's got attached obsessively to eye issues. I so want to feel free in the world.
