The answer to vision improvement is in the way we do things. People with clear vision do certain things that people with blurry vision don’t, vice versa.

Learning to see the way that people with clear vision do is the basis for seeing clearly. Doing the wrong things to try to see can cause any number of refractive errors such as myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), astigmatism, as well as other conditions such as strabismus. I’m only 15 years old ,and I no longer want to wear glasses because I like being natural and healthy.Sometimes I really need my glasses at school and sometimes I dont.

Identify what is causing your eyes strain and seek to eliminate it. Full strength glasses are a huge problem. Always get glasses that aren’t quite giving you 20/20. That helps your eyes “work” to see clearly and it helps. But really try to vastly decrease your use of glasses. Most people wear them way more than needed (like driving where we have to be legal). And even for driving most areas allow 20/40 prescriptions. Use Plus Lenses if you do a lot of close work and of course never use glasses for distance when doing close work. That is the absolute worst. If you wear contacts wear reading glasses when doing close work. Contacts are a really bad idea for most people because they tend to wear them all day because taking them in and out is not so easy as removing glasses.
