Thanks for the clarification on what conditions this book is for. I have updated the post. I don’t think I’ve read a single book this year, either physical or Kindle. Hopefully some others will check it out!

My new book represents 2 decades of teaching the Bates Method, and is filled with practical advice. “Optimal Eyesight” is mainly for myopic eyes (farsighted people will benefit more from my previous book “Read Without Glasses at Any Age”), but it covers a wide range of topics, and it is probably the only book that truly explain astigmatism in a way that effectively helps you understand why it occurs, and helps you prevent or overcome it.
