Darrel, thanks so much for your heartfelt comment. I’ve gotten some big insights from my dreams over the years, and I believe it’s just one more channel for information to come to us. I shared the dream with the fellow student, who said it had some key insights for her as well. I usually do this with dreams about people I know. I agree with you about vision and relaxation and being in that receptive mode, and I’m intending more of this for myself. See well and be well! 🙂

My your Dad find light and love and all your loved departed ones.I believe that visual relaxation is closely connected to spirituality, or it can be so if we choose. In Bates’ book an unnamed lady refers to the Method as not only a mental transition but also a spiritual one. Sometimes mysterious events are associated with relaxation, for instance Bates’ patients who could see though the state of their eyes should have prevented this. It seems to me that if we can truly relax and ‘do nothing’ we may well become more intuitive and spiritually inclined if we choose. My Dad had great distance vision too, better than 20/20 at its best I believe. What a great post Nancy, thank you so very, very much.
