Are these eye exercises any good?

When I was searching on the net for "bates method" "good vision habits" because I am trying to find ways to use my eyes well throughout the day, I came across this site here:

Has anyone tried these exercises or similar before? Do you think they coud be benefical, or may they just cause strain or just be a waste of time? Any input would be appreciated.
