Neck Tension - Bad Chiropractors

Found this while doing search for neck muscle relaxation to relieve my continued dizzyness/balance problem, seeing double ghostly after images of objects - from a bad chiropractic adjustment.
Did a couple exercises from this yoga website and they activated shaking, pulling in the right (mouse) arm, hand.
I think this symptom is showing I still have a vertebrae out of alignment in upper back/lower neck and/or just extreme muscle tension in neck and right arm, shoulder from writing Bates method books for 3 years straight on computer with bad posture; I cant type without looking at the keys. (Did not have any of these problems until after the chiropractor did new, unbalanced one sided alignments on neck/back and their own invented movements; pulling on my ears, hard force on upper back of neck vertebrae, popping, turning the neck fully to only the left side.
Neck tension does affect eyes, ears, balance, neck... back muscles.
