Hi,
I want to know what is the reason behind our eyesight getting damaged while working with computers. Is there a screen which is damaging our eyes or mouse and keyboard we are using is damaging our eyes.Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
When we work on the computer some muscles of eyes are strained, and others, on the contrary, are weakened. You can resolve the problem - the couple times in the day do eyes exercises during 2-3 minutes. We have miracle schemes for training of eyes - even lazy will not be lazy!!!! Put schemes on a wall and... When your eyes got tired - DO exercises and ...after 2-3 minutes continue work. If you have interest of schemes - tell us!!!
Okay, this is a relatively easy one. Like many if not most of our technological innovations, computer workstations are not correctly tuned/aligned/adjusted for each user nor for each environment in which they are used. It's called Ergonomics. For starters, if you have a desktop computer, try raising the monitor - think, "heads-up display". Mine are sitting on 4-5 inches of books, raising them to a more normal visual plane for me, and helping me maintain more normal posture while viewing/working. As for laptops, there is probably no easy solution - maybe plugging it into a peripheral monitor that you can adjust? In any case, take frequent breaks.

My right mouse arm, shoulder, neck is so tight from typing! Cant sleep on right side without getting weird feelings in head, eyes sometimes double vision like always after 2+ days 10 hours typing. Bad posture loking down at keys, standing while type. Saving up for speech software. A man on a internet forum says he gets vertigo from the computer. Is a graphics designer and strains his arm drawing pictures with computer. Tense muscles, nerves connect up into neck, ears, eyes.
