I've started doing these excercises recently except 6 and 7.

Is anyone else doing these or some other streching excercise?

Yeah i found that website months ago and since then i try it several times,but i don't feel that is the most appropriate for my case which is myopia. For me i think is more important relaxation than exercising muscles. But why you don't try it for a month and give us a feedback...
