Janet Goodrich - emotions

Hi,

Can someone with experience in the Janet Goodrich method please describe how to perform emotional clearing for past issues which has contributed to vision problems?

Her Daughter Carina Goodrich has this in her new book. I am just starting to read this at the end of her book. Will post answer when I have time.
Robert Monroes tapes taught me this technique using: breathing, visualization, color, energy, deep brain wave relaxation.
I made a color chart to help with this; After you are in deep relaxation, think of the thing that you want to release and imagine it floating up and away from you, like a bubble floating away.
Then pull in new, clean, pure energy.

Finished Carina Goodrich's book. Practical Guide to Natural Vision Improvment. I cannot give all info. because that would not be copyright politeness. I can only say that some of her treatments to remove negative, destructive emotions and bring in new positive ones are good. Similiar to Monroe with more emphasis on how it works with eyesight, what emotions cause specific eye conditions and her own activities taught from years experience in this. I do recommend her book.
Recognize the emotions, release them, if new negative emotions come up, release them (similiar to EFT when you re-evaluate your feeling, thoughts.. and affirmation). Then bring in the positive way of thinking of the event that cuased the bad feeling, emotions. http://cleareyesight.info/id82.html
