What exercises should i do?

I am 15 and i have around - 3.00 myopia

i am just wondering what exercises how often and how long each exercise (all the details)

the best programs and methods for restoring your sight when u have myopia??

if any others had myopia please do tell what u did

Start with palming to relax your vision, and do without your glasses as much as possible, noticing how it feels when you put them back on. Read the Bates material, and also the link from the front page here on applying the Bates Method. There's a lot of good information on this site about different people's experiences -- start digging and trying things for yourself.
