The Alexander Technique

I found out that the Alexander Technique has a great effect on vision too.

The Alexander Technique is about using your body correctly and passively, with the least effort.
It seems that by adjusting the whole body one can affect his vision too.

I know of at least one teacher who teaches both Bates and the Alexander Technique (AT), so it sounds like they're pretty compatible. They were contemporaries, and Alexander made some negative remarks about the Bates method, but Bates wrote an article about how great the AT was.

Poor Dr. Bates, said some nice things about AT and Alexander couldn't repay the compliment. I've done quite a bit of AT and endorse it with one warning: Alexander doesn't take into account why a person would have problems in the way he holds himself, he only shows you the correct way. This makes the process more time consuming than it has to be and avoids getting to the root of the issue.
