I've heard a lot about it but have personally never tried it.
I always prefer exercises and good visual habits.
Far more effective than chi.

Seems like they could use a LOT of Qigong to help the prevalence of myopia in China; The rates are extraordinary, with the prevalence in high schools at around 77%, and in college more than 80%. One would think that with as much wholistic medicine practiced in the eastern countries, they'd have that practically conquered.
