Swinging?

I can understand palming and sunning, but the one thing that confuses me is how to "swing"... perhaps someone could clarify and elaborate more on this swinging method.

Also by practicing palming, sunning & swinging for 30 min each a day when can one expect to experience a permanent clear flash?

Dave has given you the appropriate link and his description there is good.  After trying that, if you have more specific questions, do post here again. 

The key point is that THE SWING IS AN ILLUSION that your vision experiences, and one method to achieve this is the long swing.  With more and more practice, your eyes/vision will unconsciously swing everything, all the time, to help produce clear natural vision.
