Hi.
When am i looking good at the sun ? When im looking at the sun , i can see at two possibles, like perfect circle where behind is the ( i think ) white color, it looks betifull. And normal as big yellow blind color.
Which possible is better to training ?
Look back and forth between them, with the intent of helping your visual system sort it out by looking at the details. That goes for looking at anything else with double or multiple images or other visual confusion. You don't have to fix it, and you can't - you just look at details until your visual system fixes it on its own.
