Hi,
I went to <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.central-fixation.com">http://www.central-fixation.com</a><!-- w --> recently and downloaded some of the nice utilities offered. I just noticed that the Screen Saver is very effective in making your eye muscles relax. I recommend it for everyone who gets bored of the swing exercise. It consists of a swinging background + a swinging Snellen Chart whcih avoids the bad habit of staring in a wonderful way.
I even tried to shift on the swinging Snellen Chart, which was amazing. My eyes started to itch and water in a second and clear flashes appeared sometimes.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion, I downloaded the swinging windows, it's wonderful, my eyes don't feel tense when working on the computer now. Did you try the torch? What do you think about it?

I use it sometimes, It really helps one to put more attention on central fixation.
Central fixation means seeing best where you are looking at, and even seeing best just one point in front of you, like imagining a black period.
