disposable cantact vs glasses - goohsm - 05-20-2009
im extremely mypopic ( -8.1, -8.2 )
it seems most poeple here agrees with getting lesser doses of lenz is helpful
so i thinking of getting lesser doses of disposable cantact or glasses
but im not sure which is better my vision improvement
any advice?

perhaps something lighter... like -6 or something? Something that gives you 20/40 vision. With Bates Method practice those 20/40's should turn to 20/20's. And then get new 20/40's again and the cycle continues......
