Just noticed something - blauw - 05-23-2009

So I was doing the Long Swing just a few moments ago and now I was watching a video on Youtube and I paused the video and I noticed as I glanced at the picture everything in the picture was starting to sway and move slightly. I took this as my eyes are just beginning to notice the short swing.

I am hoping for further results....

Does anyone have any ideas on whether what I was noticing was the Short swing or the Universal swing?
