It says that Blue light relaxes the focusing system and Red light contracts the focusing system..... couldn't someone who was nearsighted palm and imagine a blue light? Which would relax their eyes? And a farsighted person palm and imagine red and contract their focusing system?? The underlined bit has just sort of been answered for me on Clark Night's site..... Thanks Clark!!

Oddly blue is my favorite colour..... I seem to recall always thinking of blue as a child..... perhaps there is a hint there..... hmm....
