I'm not sure....
I seem to remember just recently reading a post on Robert Lichtman's forum about parents palming their children, because their children were very reluctant to do palming.
I'll try and find the post so you can read it.
Fuggles, what is your visual acuity if you don't mind me asking?

If considering chi and other healing energies-another person might help but you should also learn to strengthen and place your own energy from your hands into the eyes, head and circulate, balance it in body, brain, eyes.

im a typical 20/400 person who require glasses 18 hours a day
so im your average bates method person, just general blurry eyesight , nothing special
