If you want to spend the $580 to try it out & let us know, go ahead. I personally wouldn't. Note Bates's method is virtually free -- use your own hands to palm, print out a few eye charts, etc. Why don't you spend your time doing Bates work or reading what he wrote instead of searching the net for some magical device that will be an instant cure, without you having to change your straining habits?

If by too weak you mean physically, put a cloth over your eyes to shut out the light, & lie down & rest, thinking pleasant thoughts. If by too weak you mean not enough mental discipline/focus, see if you can palm for just a few minutes. It might also be interesting to explore what in you is so resistant to slowing down & relaxing.

That device sounds like it creates limited movement, staring and other things that are opposite the Bates method, cause strain and blur.

What do you mean by "too weak"?
I see you get restless when palming. Perhaps you should meditate find a peaceful location calm your self down.
Do you constantly think about your eyes? Do you constantly worry about them and focus on them improving? If so you should probably try to think of other things for me if I think about something that I am interested in that makes me happy then I notice improved vision.
I wouldn't try the EyeRelax, but if you are ready to fork out $580, then by all means do so.
Fuggles I believe the key to improved vision for all is at the palm of their hands, and in their own mind.
