yeah both you guys cleared that up well, good motivation to keep working on my posture and my authenticity.
It makes sense that tight shoulders could block healthy blood flow up to the brain and eyes. Sometimes my neck, I guess right where my throat chakra would be, near my collar bone, gets immensely uncomfortable. Wow. At nights sometimes I have to cover or protect it because the openness of it drives me nuts...strange. Darn that choking up during those fearful presentations in front of grade school peers...
