I dont feel tired after palming, or sleepy,
I feel a bit drained, and worn out
Is this normal

After palming most people feel more relaxed. It's possible you've been "drained, and worn out" all along but palming is letting you slow down enough to realize how you feel.

Yes, it's probably that you become aware of the strain that you had. When you feel that you strain, you know that there is something to do, so it's better than not feeling anything!

Yes it might drain energy. I have gone from feeling fine to wanting to lay down or just close my eyes.
