I read keeping your head underwater for as long as possible can improve eyesight. any truth in this ?

Obviously be safe and make sure you dont injure yourself.

apparently it teaches you to breathe, so we become concious breathers

I think that is very possible to cause a lot of strain.

There are other ways to improve your sight that are test and are working.

But if you want, you can put it in a test and find out.
Just don't test it in the sea or on deep waters, and have someone to look at you for caution's sake.
