If you have vision problems.
I'm totally lost at this since I wake up tired every day.

Straining can cause poor quality sleep, and you can strain whether you're wearing glasses or not. See if you can identify how you're straining and let that go -- don't just passively depend on taking off glasses and not changing your habits to fix anything.

Drink milk before you go to bed (assuming you're not lactose-intolerant or anything).
Don't drink caffeine after 11:00 AM or so.
Say your evening prayers. Thank God for his wonderful creation. Ask for his help.
Sandwich your head between two pillows.
Face the window.

Went away when I decided to go to bed early. (10 PM)
