A very strange thing i noticed
In the days when I wore glasses, when I put them on in he morning, they would 'wake' me up.
Like a morning cup of coffee would.
But When I stopeed wearing them, I would lay in bed and feel tired and the kick of enrgy the glasses gave me disappeared.
