Hello, I don't know if a post similar to this exist. I'm need to find a good optometrists for my next contact lens exam and I don't know where to start. What should I ask the optometrists? Should I get contacts less than my prescription in relation to bates method? Any tips would be great thanks. Do most of you guys wear HARD CONTACTS? ^-^
