I've found two videos showing the long swing exercise and palming by Maurizio Cagnoli, it's in spanish, but anyway you will understand it.

It could be useful for some people new to the Bates Method, at least you will understand the principle, hope it helps.

Most importantly these would be perfect for Spanish speakers! Good work finding them and good tittle for those who use the Search function to find.
If anyone found some in other languages too, lets bring them on, we have to have them all!
