i got seeing clearly by cambrige or whatever a couple years a go and it didn't help me at all. I think partly i didn't really know what I was doing, and two I wasn't doing it right. i hear a lot of good things about rebuild your vision, though.

what is in it? what techniques? if any one has it, could you tell me about everything that's in it?

has anyone tried the three cups thing? i do, except, i can't focus on the middle cup! it fascinates and frustrates me at the same time...
