Orthokeratology - vst - 05-28-2011

I've heard that orthokeratology is a treatment that you put certain contact lenses on when you sleep and the lens changes your cornea's shape and makes you see clearly. I just want to know that whether it's harmful to the eyes or not? If it is, then in what ways? I couldn't find much information about this on the internet.
