This is a really bad habit Myopes develop overtime and it build ups a lot of strain in your neck muscles, get rid of it NOW

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Myopes are going to lean forward to see things, perhaps constantly depending on how nearsighted they are. Sure, you can wear glasses, but then the Bates method also considers glasses harmful!
