if you have success on improving your nearsightness (far vision). can you tell me what exercises you did. how you did it and for how long a day you did it for. PLease i want to have better vision and so far no one is helping

My guess is people are "not helping you" (I disagree with the implied accusation here -- you have to help yourself!) because everyone is different. Those of us who have improved can tell you what we did, and that's what a lot of this forum and the associated blogs are about, but we can't write you a formula that is guaranteed to work for you.

If you are sincere about wanting to improve your nearsightedness I really recommend that you read the Bates Book, David's Method and everything else on this Forum. That's the way to understand what steps people take to improve their eyesight. Those of us on the forum have spent alot of time and thought, shared many experiences and tips with each other about eyesight improvement - and it's all here already. Just have a look around you...
