that's insane. totally insane and dangerous.
can I post the websites, so people will see how bad it is?

Here's the first 'insane' advice, that some unsuspecting twelve year old kids who happen to come across the website will regret reading for the rest of their lives:
I think both those websites should be forced to take their info down.

For this reason, I find it better to look at the sun when it is high and bright, in contrast to what some may recommend.
