David, I like the way your site handles messages from new members. I belong to an asthma forum and the owner of the site takes 4 days to post member messages. It's probably necessary for that owner to handle hacked mail but annoying for members. Is this 'topic does not exist' option easily done? It will still take 4 days to post, but at least you know what's coming.
I don't understand what you're asking. I moderate the first post of new members, then they can post and create new topics freely. What should take 4 days?

Not iblindness. You have a faster turn around time to moderate posts from new members. I was talking about another site taking 4 days for the site owner to moderate all the member posts. Maybe that that person is extremely busy or has ill health.
Activity is quite high here. The other site is not so. I thought about asking how you run yours before I make a suggestion to the other site, which will take 4 days before I get a response. You are able to automatically display the topic (from new members) to all members before it actually posts. Is that something a site owner can easily set up?
