Forget about your eyes, and imagine your nose is your single eye, and look through it and see whatever there is out there that you can see by using your nose, remember that you nose "blinks, breathes and sketches" because it is the actual organ of vision. The physical eyes are only "receptors" of light, not organs of "vision". Eventually by blinking and breathing and sketching using you nose, your nose will be "activated" and then it will simply "absorb" all of the tensions that you are holding in our face.
Of course you will get much more than eye correction, and you will find out eventually.Your face will look much younger and .... much more.
