Hello,
When I try palming and I become more relaxed my eye lids always come open just a little bit. I try to keep them closed but it takes effort and I see more colors inside my eyes then. Should I try to keep them closed or is it ok to let them open a little bit?

The simplest explanation I think is that your eye regiion in general is relaxing (chronically tense muscles relax in groups, not just one at a time) and so your eyelids are putting forth less effort so that your eyes aren't closing all the way. Try rolling your eyes up a little bit? Eyes seem to do that naturally when the eyelids close, but not necessarily when there's strain habits in the eyes. I used to have the same problem, and now it just automatically roll my eyes back a little as I close them. Feels like more of a rest.
