distance is a major problem especially if you use the computer for 10 hours a day. If at work, try to put your computer at 1m or more.
i highly suggest you use a projector or connect your laptop to your tv (if at home) and set the tv/projector at 2-3m. and set the font so that its slightly blurry
This is assuming you are low myope (or wearing a lower prescription not corrected to infinity).

As you can see i am not recommending plus lenses ( i feel like this works better than a plus for some reason).
