Hello, I am newbie to this forum. I would like to create a new thread, but it's technicaly impossible right now.
I created one thread today, but is not visible.

Uh... Isn't this a thread?
I think he meant when you initially sign up an admin has to, 'ok' your posts/threads. So after he posted his items had an initial delay where he did not see them on the forum, only showing up after an admin checked them out. (could take days)
