Hi! I'm going to lower my prescription for the first time (I'm highly myopic). Any suggestions on how much to lower?? I was thinking of .5D. Also my astigmatism prescription is -1.25...should I just remove that altogether?? Thanks!!

Have no knowledge of lowering astigmatism but if it comes to lowering the prescription I think 2 lines on the chart is quite enough.
