Can using something to cover your eyes = palming? - Seameri10 - 08-28-2014
Would this be alright as long as it blocks the light or do you really need to use your hands(palms)?

There is natural healing energy in your hands which palming conveys to your eyes. Also you're stimulating the acupuncture/acupressure points around the eye and face with the light pressure of your hands. It just feels more comforting to me than a piece of cloth would.

You mean body-heat? I kind of suspected that at the start too, is there a way to replace that with something or it cannot be done to have a hands-free experience?
