One thing I noticed is when i'm stressed or strained, my breathing is constricted. So one thing I learned is even when I'm anxious is to breath. You may feel uneasy, and apprehensive but keep breathing deeply. In fact, it may cause discomfort and may worsen the anxiety, but it makes you aware of your emotions.
